Rigs of Rods 0.36.3 released

finally, after lots of work we put a version number on it:
0.36.3 (codename Portland)

You can view the changelog here.
As previously, you can get the new version by using the installer.

we have finally released the installer to get 0.36.3: http://download.rigsofrods.com

0.36.3 has lots of new features :)

upcoming:
- creation of a changelog
- fixing major remaining bugs
- creation of offline installer
- 'freeze' a fixed version as 'stable' (in the following weeks)
